About the Role:

We're looking for someone who can own the recruitment function end-to-end (70%) and also support core HR

operations (30%). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership,

and can balance people-first thinking with execution.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%) - Full Ownership

Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions (sourcing ? screening ? interviews ? offer rollouts).
Build and maintain strong pipelines for priority roles.
Drive creative sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, internal references, and networks.
Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain and update hiring dashboards, trackers, and weekly reports..
Own pre-onboarding and onboarding communication and documentation.
HR Operations Support (30%)

Help with attendance queries, leave tracking, and basic HRMS upkeep.
Support in drafting policies, SOPs, and internal communication.
Coordinate engagement activities, Wohoo Wednesday, celebrations, and events.
Help manage exit processes, follow-ups, documentation, and data updates.
Provide overall support on daily ops and special projects.
Who You Are

3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR (startup experience is a bonus).
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable juggling multiple roles and responsibilities.
Ownership-driven, organised, and proactive.
Someone who enjoys people-focused work and building a positive culture.
