Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, etc.) to attract top talent.

Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate and conduct interviews, prepare offer letters, and handle pre-employment documentation.

Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire).

Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

HR Generalist Responsibilities (30%)



Support day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and leave management.

Assist in performance management, employee engagement programs, and training initiatives.

Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Participate in policy formulation and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.

Contribute to HR reports, audits, and administrative tasks as needed.

Support organizational culture initiatives and employee welfare programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
