Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent efficiently and effectively. This role is key to ensuring we attract and hire the best professionals who align with our company culture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment process for junior roles: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.

Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to attract talent.

Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, evaluate candidates based on role fit and culture fit.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update ATS / recruitment dashboards with accurate data and reporting. Coordinate with onboarding and HR operations teams post-offer to ensure seamless joining.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-functional environment.

Hands-on experience with job portals, sourcing platforms, and recruitment metrics.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance is a plus.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in hiring for diverse roles

Exposure to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.

Data-driven mindset with an understanding of recruitment analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
