This role will lead the recruitment cycle and support strategic HR initiatives within the organization.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, particularly in pharma, supply chain, sales, finance, and operations.
Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview rounds with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
Salary negotiation, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain candidate pipeline, recruitment dashboards, and hiring reports.
Core HR Responsibilities
Employee onboarding & joining formalities.
HR documentation, database management, and maintaining employee records.
Performance management coordination, appraisal cycle support.
HR policy implementation and compliance for statutory requirements.
Employee engagement and grievance handling.
Coordination with management for workforce planning and manpower budgeting.
Vendor management for recruitment agencies, job portals, and HR services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA / PG in HR or equivalent.
12-15 years of experience in HR, with strong recruitment expertise.
Prior experience in
Pharma, Healthcare, Trading, FMCG, or Manufacturing
is preferred.
Strong understanding of hiring for sales, supply chain, accounting, and warehouse roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of HRMS systems, payroll coordination, and statutory HR requirements is an advantage
