Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist Full-time On-site Thane, Maharashtra

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! You will play a key role in driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract and retain the best talent for our organization.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and departments. Develop effective hiring strategies and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen Rainbow's presence in the education sector. Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads for hiring decisions. Oversee onboarding processes for new hires Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals. Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and team leadership. Strong interviewing, hiring, and employer branding skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the education sector is a plus

Overall 4-5 years of experience in recruitment and team handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
