Hiring for Recruiters for Location: Marol, Andheri- East (Mumbai)

Experience: 2-4 years No of Positions: 3

Type: Contractual Position, This position is expected to join from 3rd of Nov 2025

About the Role:

We're looking for passionate and experienced Recruiters to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Maintain and update candidate in pipelines and Various Recruitments reports, Recruitments dashboards, new joinees reports etc.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in non-IT or Hospitality or Food and beverages domains you specify)

Strong sourcing and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

CTC - Depends on exp and open for right candidates
