Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle -- sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across job portals, internal sites, and social media platforms.

Sourcing & Pipeline Management

Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and professional networks. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key and recurring roles. Identify and engage with potential candidates for future opportunities within the manufacturing industry.

Interview Coordination & Assessment

Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate candidate fit. Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback from stakeholders. Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
