Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms. Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking systems. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions. Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Monitor and report recruitment metrics to assess hiring performance and effectiveness. Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization professionally in the job market. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the hiring process.

Experience:

Minimum 2

years

of experience in

Talent Acquisition

or Recruitment.

Industry Exposure:

Experience in

Manufacturing, Architectural, or Building Material sectors

preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and ATS systems. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight timelines. Proactive, result-oriented, and detail-focused approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
