Key Responsibilities
Handle the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
-- from sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to scheduling and closing.
Manage
technical and non-technical hiring
, with a primary focus on
IT Infrastructure and Networking roles
(L1, L2, L3 Engineers, NOC, Project, and Support functions).
Partner with hiring managers to
understand manpower requirements
and define job specifications.
Source candidates effectively using
Naukri, LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals
.
Conduct initial telephonic screenings and evaluate candidates based on role fitment and organizational culture.
Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and maintain candidate engagement throughout the process.
Track and maintain
recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring metrics
.
Support employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvement programs.
Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and timelines.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in
end-to-end recruitment
, preferably in an
IT/Networking/Telecom domain
.
Strong understanding of
IT Infrastructure and Technical roles
.
Proficiency in using
Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel-based MIS reporting
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
