We are looking for an energetic and strategic Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring across functions. The role involves managing a small TA team, partnering with department heads, and ensuring smooth and timely closures while driving employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
Lead and guide the TA team to achieve monthly hiring targets.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective sourcing plans.
Track hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix, etc.) and ensure process efficiency.
Support employer branding through hiring posts, social media updates, and campus/outreach activities.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field.
4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with team handling exposure.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
