Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (Software Engineers, Frontend/Backend Developers, Sr. Developers, Architects , DevOps etc.).
Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and other technical platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Represent the company's brand and culture to potential candidates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
4+ years of proven experience in technical talent acquisition (engineering/IT/technology roles).
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while managing multiple roles.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Passion for technology and understanding of technical skills/terminologies.
