The Role

We're seeking a dynamic

Recruiter

to expand our network of talented practitioners across the India and international regions. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for recruitment with the growing spiritual wellness industry, helping us identify and onboard exceptional tarot card readers, numerologists, healers, and other metaphysical practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

Source, identify, and recruit high-quality spiritual advisors, tarot card readers, numerologists, and alternative healing practitioners Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates across India and other countries. Utilize various recruitment channels including social media, spiritual communities, wellness events, and professional networks Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess authenticity, experience, and cultural fit
Relationship Building

Build strong relationships with spiritual practitioners and healing communities in the MENA region Partner with local spiritual centers, wellness schools, and metaphysical shops Attend virtual and in-person spiritual wellness events and conferences Create and maintain a network of referral sources within the spiritual community
Candidate Experience Management

Guide candidates through the entire onboarding process with cultural sensitivity Provide detailed information about Coto's platform, values, and practitioner requirements Support new practitioners during their initial period on the platform
Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or service industries Proven track record of building talent pipelines and meeting recruitment targets Experience with remote recruitment and virtual interviewing processes
Cultural & Language Skills

Essential:

Fluency in English Sensitivity to religious and spiritual diversity across the region
Preferred Qualifications

Personal experience with spiritual practices (tarot, numerology, energy healing, etc.) Existing network within spiritual or wellness communities Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field Experience with freelancer or gig economy recruitment Knowledge of online spiritual services industry
