Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications. ? Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. ? Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. ? Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. ? Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and next steps. ? Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms. ? Ensure job postings are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's branding. ? Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements. ? Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and assist in developing interview questions and evaluation criteria. ? Facilitate feedback sessions with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective decision-making. ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). ? Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring efforts. ? Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
