Job Description

Role & responsibilities

:

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals & headhunting. Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting qualified candidates based on job requirements. Conduct interviews, both in-person and via phone or video, to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely and efficient communication. Managing the end to end onboarding process. Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the keka software or recruitment database. Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Collaborate with external recruitment agencies or partners when needed, managing relationships and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, incorporating them into the company's hiring strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in recruitment matters. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile



Any graduate/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role with 2+ years of experience.

Soft Skills :



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
