Job Summary

:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Lead to manage and scale our hiring efforts, with a strong focus on BPO recruitment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, team leadership, and hiring for volume and lateral roles, particularly in the non-IT and BPO domain.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can source top talent, drive recruiter performance, and meet aggressive hiring targets in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, with a primary focus on BPO and non-IT profiles Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 recruiters to ensure productivity and alignment to goals Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to forecast hiring needs Execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and innovative methods Oversee the recruitment pipeline from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and regular training sessions Track and report key hiring metrics and maintain dashboards for leadership

Key Skills

:

BPO Hiring / Mass Recruitment Team Management / Leadership End-to-End Recruitment Lateral & Leadership Hiring Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Non-IT & Sales Hiring Proficiency with ATS, Excel dashboards, and HR tools

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5+ years of HR domain experience with team handling

Strong understanding of volume hiring, particularly in the BPO sector Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
