The Role:

As a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

, you'll be the front-facing hiring partner for multiple clients. You'll work directly with founders, hiring managers, and internal teams to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent, fast.

What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple high-growth product startups (tech, product, design, growth, etc.) Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their hiring goals, team structure, and culture Source proactively across LinkedIn, AngelList, GitHub, and more -- you know where talent lives Screen and assess candidates not just for skill, but for culture and startup DNA Craft clear, compelling job descriptions and hiring strategies tailored to each client Track pipeline progress and share updates with clients like a true hiring consultant Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
What You Bring:

1-3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience (agency or in-house, ideally with startups) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -- you can own a client relationship confidently Familiarity with startup functions (tech/product/design) and what makes a great hire in these spaces A strong sourcing game -- Boolean searches, creative outreach, and great instincts Ability to juggle multiple roles and clients without dropping the ball Bonus: You've worked in a fast-paced agency or startup and understand the hustle
