1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled professionals to meet the talent needs of ORRA Fine Jewellery.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and establish recruitment plans accordingly.
3. Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
4. Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, as well as phone and in-person interviews, to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
5. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance.
6. Collaborate closely with Regional Business Manager & Area Business Manager and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on hiring best practices, and ensure alignment between business objectives and talent acquisition efforts.
7. Act as an ambassador for ORRA Fine Jewellery, promoting the organization's values, culture, and employer brand to attract top talent. Continuously improve and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice in the market.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, metrics, and reports to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
