About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic

Talent Aquisition Specialist

with 6 months to 1 year of experience to manage end-to-end hiring processes. This role is based on-site in Aundh, Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for

non-IT roles

Source candidates through

job portals, referrals, and social media

Coordinate with department heads and schedule interviews Maintain hiring trackers and reports Ensure a seamless and professional

candidate experience

What We're Looking For:

6 months-1 year

of experience in non-IT recruitment Excellent communication and coordination skills Hands-on experience with

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Excel, and ATS tools

Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR is a plus) Proficiency in

Marathi and English

Schedule:

Day shift On-site role (Aundh, Pune) Candidates must be able to

reliably commute or relocate
