We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to on-boarding new employees. You will play a key role in building strong teams that drive our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational goals.
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle -- job posting, scheduling, offers, and on boarding.
Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to inform and improve strategy.
Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house).
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR databases.
