Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to build strong teams that align with our company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across multiple departments Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit Schedule and coordinate interviews and feedback loops with internal stakeholders Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring performance Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts Stay up to date on talent acquisition trends and best practices

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
