Role Overview



As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a critical role in building high-performing teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent across diverse functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires a proactive professional with experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical positions, especially within the manufacturing or engineering domain.

Key Responsibilities



Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and prepare clear, effective job descriptions. Strategically source candidates using multiple channels -- campus drives, job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles. Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports. Coordinate with external consultants, staffing agencies, and campus placement officers. Ensure timely communication and an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Leverage data and insights to improve recruitment quality, speed, and efficiency. Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovative hiring practices. Handle pre-joining documentation and onboarding process for selected candidates.

What We're Looking For



Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate from a

Tier 1 or Tier 2 college

Academic Excellence:

Minimum

80% in 10th, 12th (Intermediate), and Graduation

.

Experience:

1-4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in startups or fast-paced organizations.
