Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in non-IT hiring, ideally from the EdTech/Education industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and relationship management, ensuring seamless hiring for diverse roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for non-IT roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality talent.
- Leverage industry knowledge to attract candidates from the EdTech/Education sector.
- Ensure a premium candidate experience through clear, empathetic, and aspirational communication.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and reports for management review.
Candidate Profile
- Gender Preference: Male
- Experience: Prior recruitment experience in non-IT industries, preferably EdTech/Education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Candidates residing in or near Koramangala will be given preference.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 50000- ₹60,000 per month
- Working Days: 6 days per week (2nd Saturday off)
