Candidate Sourcing:

Identify and attract talent through job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events.

Screening & Interviewing:

Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding:

Promote the company's brand through recruitment campaigns, events, and candidate experience initiatives.

Onboarding:

Support new hires during the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration into the company.

Data & Reporting:

Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and optimize processes for efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
