Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Focus on end-to-end non-IT recruitment, with a key responsibility for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the hiring process, manage candidate pipelines, and generate recruitment reports.
Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, anddirect outreach.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit in terms of skillset, experience, and alignment with company culture and productivity expectations.
Focus on hiring people who will be productive and contribute to the company's long-term success.
Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust approaches to continuously attract high-performing and reliable employees.
Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-ofhire, and retention rates.
Work with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition for new hires into productive roles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment roles.
Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
A keen eye for talent and the ability to assess not only qualifications but also long-term potential and productivity.
Familiarity with employment laws, hiring practices, and labor market trends.
