Talent Acquisition Specialist
to lead and streamline recruitment across all verticals of the Group.
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for
end-to-end recruitment
of academic, administrative, and support roles across KGI. This role requires a deep understanding of
education-sector hiring
, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to build sustainable talent pipelines aligned with institutional values.
The position works closely with
academic leadership, HR, and senior management
.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for
faculty, academic leaders, administrative, and professional staff
.
Understand manpower requirements from institutions and translate them into effective hiring plans.
Prepare and publish
job descriptions and recruitment advertisements
across platforms.
2. Academic & Institutional Hiring
Coordinate recruitment for
school teachers, professors, principals, academic coordinators, and administrators
.
Ensure compliance with
UGC, AICTE, CBSE, University norms, and regulatory guidelines
.
Support leadership hiring including
Principals, Deans, Heads of Departments, and Directors
.
3. Sourcing & Employer Branding
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, academic networks, referrals, and institutional tie-ups
.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for recurring and future requirements.
Work with marketing and digital teams to strengthen
employer branding
and recruitment visibility.
4. Screening, Interviews & Coordination
Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with
academic panels, management, and external experts
.
Ensure a professional and transparent
candidate experience
throughout the process.
5. Offers, Onboarding & Documentation
Manage offer letters, negotiation support, and joining formalities.
Coordinate onboarding, induction programs, and documentation.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and MIS reports.
6. Recruitment Analytics & Process Improvement
Track key recruitment metrics such as
time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and hiring quality
.
Suggest improvements in recruitment processes, systems, and policies.
Support the development of
standard recruitment SOPs
for the Group.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources, Management, or a related field
.
3-6 years of experience
in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Prior experience in
education sector hiring
(schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with
statutory and regulatory hiring norms
in education.
Experience using
ATS, HRMS, or recruitment tracking tools
is an advantage.
