Close positions within the Given TAT
Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews,.

Providing a positive candidate experience and communicating regularly throughout the hiring process.
What it requires to do the job:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Any relevant certifications in human resources or recruitment would be a plus.
