to join our HR team and drive talent acquisition efforts across a variety of roles within the
semiconductor industry
. You will play a critical role in identifying and hiring top-tier candidates across engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and corporate functions. This position requires a strong understanding of the technical landscape and the ability to recruit highly skilled professionals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies
Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for niche roles (e.g., DV, RTL Design, DFT, Physical Design, Verification, etc.).
Conduct initial assessments of candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Ensure excellent candidate experience and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate data in the ATS and regularly report on hiring metrics.
Assist with employer branding efforts, university hiring, and campus engagement activities.
Stay current on semiconductor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Engineering, Business, or related field.
6+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics domain.
Must possess a
strong and active personal candidate database
across
VLSI and Semiconductor
Strong understanding of semiconductor job roles, skills, and market dynamics.
Proficient in using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.) and ATS platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple requisitions.
