Role Overview
We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Source candidates using
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, and role fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/trackers.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Support onboarding and documentation processes.
Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and hiring SLAs.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in recruitment / talent acquisition.
Hands-on experience with
sourcing and screening
candidates.
Familiarity with job portals like
Naukri and LinkedIn
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Good to Have
Experience hiring for
tech or EdTech roles
.
Knowledge of ATS or HR tools.
Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
