Key Responsibilities:



Manage the

full recruitment lifecycle

including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and closing candidates. Develop and maintain effective hiring strategies to meet organizational recruitment goals. Source candidates through

job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

. Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule

virtual and face-to-face interviews

with hiring managers. Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment updates with management. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements. Handle

offer roll-out

, salary negotiation support, and pre-boarding coordination. Maintain recruitment data, reports, and documentation. Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
