Own and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for multiple roles across departments (Academic, Sales, Tech, Operations, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles
Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.)
Actively source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews
Schedule interviews and ensure timely coordination between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and regularly update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports
Enhance candidate experience through transparent communication and efficient processes
Contribute to employer branding strategies and hiring campaigns
Assist with recruitment-related documentation and onboarding handoff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment*, preferably in EdTech, startups, or high-growth environments Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, ATS tools)
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Prior experience recruiting for education, sales, or academic roles
Passion for the education sector and talent development
