As a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

, you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals and support staff. You will collaborate closely with department heads and HR leaders to understand workforce needs and implement strategic recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles (clinical, administrative, and support services) Develop and post job ads on job boards, social media, and internal portals Proactively source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, networking, and career fairs Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Track metrics related to time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire Maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill or high-turnover positions Partner with HR and department leaders to forecast hiring needs Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring strategies Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and healthcare regulations

Education: Any Degree

Experience: 2 Years+
