Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare staff.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical and clinical interviews.
Partner with external recruitment agencies when required.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market insights.
