Responsibilities :



Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Work towards hiring across all levels from entry-level field executives to regional mid and senior management Sourcing potential candidates from various job portals (Naukri, workIndia, Jobhai, LinkedIn etc...) Screening and shortlisting the prospective candidate based on the job profile. Conducting detailed telephonic or face-to-face interviews and coordinating with the candidates till onboarding. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and following up on the interview process status. Design and update job descriptions and craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Follow up to ensure candidates attend interviews as scheduled. Document the process. Coordinating with candidates for document verification Conduct a primary document verification Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employee

Skills Required :



Prior experience of working in a startup (preferred) Fair Communication skills (written and Verbal) Proficient in handling job portals Good Interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint A quick learner and able to work independently with limited supervision
