Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and proactive TA Lead to oversee and execute the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic sourcing, and team management capabilities to attract top-tier IT talent aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets Also, be hands-on in recruitment and should also be recruiting along with leading Define sourcing strategies and recruitment processes for technical roles Oversee job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate engagement Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination Mentor junior recruiters and ensure quality and consistency in recruitment practices Utilize ATS and other platforms to track, report, and analyze recruitment metrics Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity o Client coordination for new requirements and closing existing requirements.

Must-Have Skills

Proven experience in IT recruitment with at least 2 years in technical hiring Strong understanding of software engineering roles, technologies, and IT stacks Hands-on expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean Search) and ATS platforms Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Team leadership and mentoring abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and optimize hiring metrics Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

Good-to-Have (Bonus)

Experience hiring for mid to senior-level and niche IT roles Exposure to employer branding and talent marketing Familiarity with global hiring practices and remote talent sourcing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
