Hiring: HR Recruiter (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Koramangala 8th Block, Bangalore

Position: HR Recruiter

Salary: Up to ?25,000 (Take Home)

Eligibility & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Bulk Hiring / Volume Hiring
Experience in consultancy hiring will also be considered
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Should be able to handle end-to-end recruitment process

Job Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms (Job Portals, References, Social Media, etc.)
Manage bulk hiring requirements within defined timelines
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
Maintain candidate database and prepare hiring reports
Ensure smooth onboarding process for selected candidates

Work Details:

5 Days Working
Saturday & Sunday fixed off
