You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Experience : Min 2 Yrs in Non Tech (Bulk Hiring)



CTC : Upto 5-6L PA



Responsibilities



Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates Conduct reference checks and background screenings Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process Manage candidate pipelines and update hiring dashboards Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements



Proven work experience as a Recruiter Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
