About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent across various functions while supporting the hiring needs of a fast-paced organization along with managing end to end hiring for the roles.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, feedback management, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
Use job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing to build talent pipelines
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and candidate records in the ATS
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience at every stage
Ability to manage multiple non tech roles and priorities effectively
Skills We are looking For:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably across multiple functions and levels
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, ATS systems)
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
