Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring
managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist in the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.
Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
