? Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates.
? Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring
managers.
? Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
? Assist in the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.
? Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
