We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and onboarding for IT positions across various clients and technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
Hands on experience in IT recruitment with a focus on contract staffing.
Experience in conducting initial screening and evaluating candidates' technical and cultural fit.
Experience in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
Strong understanding of various Niche IT technologies, roles, and terminologies.
Experience working with job boards (Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in hiring for product based clients (Preferable)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Pay: ?115,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
