Experience : 5 to 7 Years (Preferably only in an MNC)

Manage end-to-end recruitment process

Coordinate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders

Strong focus on communication, negotiation, and assessment

Key Skills & Competencies:

Full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions

Excellent verbal & written communication

Strong negotiation & stakeholder management

Candidate assessment & psychometric interpretation

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, HRMS (e.g., Workday)

Detail-oriented and well-organized
