Key Responsibilities

Responsible for end to end Recruitment cycle till onboarding.
Sourcing candidates from various identified channels (viz., Job portals, Employee Referrals,Networking sites, etc.)
Screening of Profiles and mapping with the requirement specifications defined in the job description.
Telephonic screening of candidates and conducting the preliminary HR interview for assessing the suitability of candidate.
Scheduling Interviews and coordinating with identified Technical team and respective Internal Stakeholders for Interviews.
Negotiate compensation packages and monitor progress on hiring until candidate joins Organization.
Persistently endeavor in reducing declines and improve hiring numbers; maintain quality in candidates hired and adhere to defined deadlines.
Maintaining interview trackers & related recruitment reports.
Strong knowledge and experience in campus hiring is essential.
Support TA leadership when necessary.
Requirements
----------------
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Technical hiring's, preferably within the IT staffing industry.
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates within specified timelines
