We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help build a strong workforce. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, and networking.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update the applicant tracking system.
Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver within deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
