Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Jaipur. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and identifying talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with employers to fulfill hiring requirements. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop employer branding strategies to attract top candidates and contribute to building effective hiring processes.

What you'll do:

?Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding

?Skills in Hiring and Employer Branding to attract and retain top talent

?Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting strategies

?Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
