Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Talent Acquisition Specialist

with strong expertise in

IT hiring

and solid understanding of technologies such as

React, Python, PHP, MERN/MEAN Stack, Angular

, and other modern frameworks. The role involves managing the

end-to-end recruitment process

, from job posting and sourcing to selection, background verification. Strong management skills and strategic recruitment planning are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

Manage full recruitment cycle for IT roles.
Post job openings, source candidates, and screen profiles.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct background verification of selected candidates.

2. Technical Screening

Evaluate resumes for technical skills across stacks like React, Python, PHP, MERN/MEAN, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, etc.
Match candidates' technical strengths with job requirements.

3. Strategic Hiring

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Track hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and frameworks.
Proficient in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR) preferred.
Certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR Analytics are a plus.
