The TA Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's current and future workforce needs. This role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the organization's employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing
+ Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
+ Use job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to identify potential hires.
Recruitment Process Management
+ Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
+ Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Collaboration
+ Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
+ Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
Employer Branding
+ Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media campaigns, events, and employee testimonials.
+ Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and advertisements.
Data and Reporting
+ Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
+ Prepare and present recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate feedback.
Compliance and Best Practices
+ Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, including diversity and inclusion.
+ Keep updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Key Skills and Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
Familiarity with labor laws and hiring compliance.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in the renewable energy sector or a fast-paced industry is a plus.
