You'll play a key role in identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Complete Recruitment Process from Sourcing to Onboarding
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Good judgment and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with labor laws and hiring best practices is a plus
Qualifications:
Any Bachelors Degree or PG Degree with HR (Passed out 2024,2025)
