Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Chennai to drive end-to-end recruitment, manage HR operations, and handle office administration, including inventory and facility management. You will take ownership of recruitment processes, manage salary negotiations, mentor junior TA team members, and ensure smooth operations across HR and office functions, even under tight budgets and short closure timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including Full Stack Developers, Frontend/Backend Developers, Drupal/PHP/Node.js/React.js/WordPress Developers, QA/Testers, Azure DevOps Engineers, SEO/SMM Specialists, Data Analysts, and AI Engineers.
Take complete ownership of profile closures and ensure timely hiring for open positions, even under tight deadlines.
Handle salary negotiations and coordinate offers with candidates, adhering to budget constraints.
Mentor and manage a junior Talent Acquisition executive, guiding their recruitment efforts and tracking performance.
Generate payslips using Excel (tools provided).
Address employee queries regarding leaves and HR policies.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and align on hiring priorities.
Manage office inventory, procurement, and supplies efficiently.
Oversee facility management including office maintenance, housekeeping, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain excellent communication to ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience.
Key Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (95% focus), ideally in IT/tech recruitment.
Proven ability to manage salary negotiations and close offers successfully.
Experience mentoring or managing a junior TA or HR executive.
Comfortable working on tight budgets and meeting short recruitment timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.
Comfortable using Excel and existing HR tools for administrative tasks.
Ability to manage office inventory and facility operations efficiently.
Professional handling of employee queries and HR support responsibilities.
Must be
based in Chennai
and available to work onsite.
