POSITION SUMMARY



Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, this hybrid role combines talent acquisition expertise with HR coordination and administrative support. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent while also managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Utilize various sourcing techniques (social media, job boards, networking, career fairs) to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications; conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and teams. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future openings. Promote employer branding through job postings and marketing materials. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms. Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Conduct reference and background checks as required.

HR Coordination Responsibilities:



Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. Assist with payroll inputs and leave management. Support implementation of HR policies and procedures. Prepare and analyze HR reports (vacancy, attrition, attendance). Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications. Assist in compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements in India. Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.

Administrative Duties:



Manage office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, stationery, and facility support. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain documentation. Handle travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for staff. Support health and safety initiatives and maintain related records. Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by HR leadership.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:



Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR coordination roles. Familiarity with Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements. Proficiency in ATS, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
