We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
with a strong focus on
C-level, leadership
, and
niche roles.
Source candidates through job portals,
LinkedIn, referrals, social media
, and
networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Negotiate offers and close positions within defined
TAT and budget
Handle joining formalities, onboarding documentation, and induction
Maintain recruitment
MIS, trackers, and reports
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment law
Skills & Competencies
5+ years of experience, prior experience in the
D2C industry
is a must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle bulk as well as niche hiring
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS/HRMS tools
Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Good understanding of interviewing techniques and selection methods
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
