Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, understand team needs, and gather feedback.
Candidate Management:
Coordinate interviews, manage communication, ensure a positive candidate experience, and negotiate offers.
Process & Data:
Design & implement recruitment processes, use recruitment technology (ATS), track metrics, and analyze data to improve hiring.
Employer Branding:
Represent the company, participate in career fairs, and build relationships with potential hires.
Onboarding:
Liaise with other departments to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
Key Skills
